How long does order processing and delivery take?

1) Total Delivery Time

Your order's Total Delivery Time = Time to Process (your order) + Time in Transit

The tables below detail the most common delivery times based on your preferred method of shipping and the originating warehouse. You choose the shipping method when buying. Information on the item's originating warehouse can be found on the "Product Information" or from your salesperson.

2) Time to Process your order

Time to Process is the estimated number of business days from purchasing to shipping of product. In most cases, we will ship your order(s) from Sillworks's warehouse the next business day after you purchase.

Please take account of following circumstances where this process may be delayed:
If we need to verify your credit card information, shipment of merchandise will be delayed until verification is complete.
If your merchandise ships from one of our supplier's warehouses, as opposed to Sillworks's central facility, several additional business days may be required for processing.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, this may cause additional delays and verification needs.
Built-to-order merchandise requires additional processing days.
Merchandise does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

3) Time in Transit

Time in Transit is the estimated number of business days from shipment of product to your receipt of product.

You can choose the convenience of rapid delivery or the economy of ground freight. For rapid delivery we offer Next Day Air service. Please remember that Next Day Air service is from time of product shipment, not from time of initial purchase. For ground freight we will ship your order either FedEx Home service, FedEx Ground service, or UPS ground service. Please note the following:

  • Packages cannot be delivered to Alaska or Hawaii via ground service. Packages to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped via FedEx Next Day.
  • For APO/FPO deliveries we ship using US Post service. Only packages up to 70lbs can be delivered to an APO/FPO address.
  • At this time we are only offering UPS Ground Services for delivery of Add-On products. We are currently unable to ship Add-On products to APO/FPO addresses or provide air delivery service to Alaska and Hawaii. We hope to offer these services in the near future.
  • Please allow for normal transit time before contacting Sillworks to initiate a trace. Please contact the carrier directly with any shipping inquiries.
  • Be aware that there can be a delay of one business day from the time we enter the tracking number in your My Page until it is picked up by FedEx or UPS.
