Overview:
The HP ProLiant DL140 series is an affordable 1U dual processor platform equipped with essential industry-standard server performance features optimized for High Performance Computing environments. This rack-mount model is configured with dual 3.2GHz Xeon processors a 1MB L2 ECC cache per processor and 1GB PC2100 DDR SDRAM (expandable to 8GB). The Ultra ATA/100 hard drive provides 80GB storage and one open ATA/100 bay allows up to 160GB. In addition to the 533MHz front bus speed and ServerWorks GC-SL chipset the DL140 features (1) full length 64bit/133MHz PCI-X slot and (4) USB ports. The integrated Dual Broadcom 10/100/1000 NICs (Wake on LAN and PXE capable) support your communication needs. The integrated ATI Rage XL video controller uses 8MB SDRAM to support resolutions up to 1280 x 1024 in millions of colors. There is no operating system installed.
