Second generation interconnect switch kit for the p-Class server blade enclosure that supports all shipping p-Class servers. The C-GbE2 Interconnect Kit offers gigabit speeds on all switch ports provides enhanced network features future layer 3-7 switching and 10GbE uplink upgradeability and support for ProLiant BL20p G2 Fiber Channel signal pass-through.

Kit contains two (2) GbE2 Interconnect Switches and two (2) QuadT2 Interconnect Modules providing a total of twelve external Ethernet ports: eight 10/100/1000T RJ-45 on a pair of hot-swappable rear-mounted interconnect modules and four 10/100/1000T RJ-45 on the switch front panels.
