This DL760 G2 7U rack model is configured with (4) 2.8GHz processors (upgradeable to 8) a 2MB L3 cache per processor with embedded 2MB cache coherency accelerator 4GB PC133 ECC SDRAM (expandable to 64GB) and an integrated NC7770 PCI-X Gigabit Server Adapter and an integrated Smart Array 5i Controller (Ultra 3 support) that supports RAID 0 1 1+0 and 5 across internal hard disk drives. This server features four 1 Ultra320 SCSI Hot Plug Drive Bays that can provide 587.2GB maximum storage (with optional hard drives). The DL760 contains one 1.44MB floppy drive a 24x (max speed) CD-ROM drive and eleven 64-bit PCI-X and PCI I/O expansion slots all Hot Plug (10 x 100MHz PCI-X and 1 x 33MHz PCI). For graphics it uses an integrated ATI Rage XL Video Controller with 8MB SDRAM. Compaq's Pre-Failure Warranty protects your server from downtime by replacing hard drives memory and processors that are monitored by the included Compaq Insight manager within the warranty period before they fully fail. The DL760 supports Microsoft Windows 2000 Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server Microsoft Windows Server 2003 (Standard and Enterprise) SCO UnixWare and LINUX (Red Hat SuSE).
