on our web site are available for pickup at our retail store. Please note that
retail pricing may vary from our web pricing.
& Order changes
All returns must be authorized by Sillworks within 30 days
of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace
or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After
30 days, notwithstanding, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.
Please Note: Due to restrictions
placed upon us by the manufacturers, computers and printers are returnable in
the first 30 days for repair only. Computers, printers and LCD projectors are
not returnable for credit or exchange.
All non-defective returns
authorized by Sillworks are subject to a minimum 15% restocking
fee, and must be returned within 30 days from date of invoice.
All returns and exchanges
authorized by Sillworks must be returned to Sillworks within 14 days of return authorization.
Refused shipments are treated as a return and charged a minimum 15% restocking plus
the shipping amount.
Risk of Loss
Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods
are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser.
Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Sillworks.com
is Sillworks's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by
a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility.
servers, Monitors and Factory Refurbished product
Larger servers, Monitors and Factory Refurbished product are shipped only via ground delivery by
freight truck carriers and can be shipped only to the contiguous 48 States.
Please note: all Factory Refurbished Product is strictly not returnable. Kindly
examine the contents of your delivery for damage before signing for the delivery.
Any damage discovered after you sign for the delivery is your responsibility.
Most servers and computers we offer have an optional on-site service warranty upgrade available. This is only available
at time of purchase and should be considered. This upgrade is not available after delivery.
In the event your Factory Refurbished equipment requires service, please contact the manufacturer,
equipment must be serviced as per the manufacturers conditions.

You are entitled to the manufacturer's limited express warranty that accompanies
the product. Sillworks.com makes no additional or independent
warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. Sillworks.com
shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental,
or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised
of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages,
if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed
the purchase price of the product.

Sillworks.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether
or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If
your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,
Sillworks.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the charge.
