Warranty Information
You are entitled to the manufacturer's limited express warranty that accompanies
the product.
Sillworks.com makes no additional or independent
warranty other than the warranty displayed on each products information page.
All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. Sillworks.com
shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental,
or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised
of the possibility of such damages.
1, 3 & 5 Year Warranties
1, 3 & 5 Year warranties are provided by Sillworks.com and/or the product manufacturer.
We offer free 'Ground' transportation on all replacement parts covered under these warranties.

Lifetime Warranty
Lifetime replacement warranties are provided by Sillworks.com and are valid for as long as you or your customer own the server or storage array.

Returns & Order changes
All returns must be authorized by Sillworks within 30 days of purchase.
Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will accept for return any product.
After 30 days we generally cannot accept products back into our inventory.
All non-defective returns authorized by Sillworks are subject to 10% - 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping costs
and must be returned within 14 days of returned merchandise authorization.
Order changes may have the re-stocking fee waived or reduced.
Exported Shipments
We do not export products outside of North America (excluding Hawaii). Any products exported outside of North America by you or by your customer will have their warranty voided and cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments are treated as a return and charged a 10% - 20% restocking fee plus all of the shipping costs incurred.
This fee will appear on your credit card as a separate charge and your returned item(s) will be credited in full when they are returned to us.
Net 30 / Net 60 Accounts
All goods purchased from Sillworks with Net 30 / Net 60 payment terms are done so with the purchasers understanding that any of the purchasers credit cards on file with Sillworks that have been used to purchase products
from Sillworks in the past, can be used to bring the entire account balance to zero after 60 days of delinquency without prejudice.
Risk of Loss or Damage
Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods
are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser.
Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Sillworks.com
is Sillworks's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by
a carrier selected by the Customer is the Customer's responsibility.
Sillworks cannot be held responsible for loss due to incorrect shipping instructions.
Risk of Loss - Home Delivery
Due to the high volume of theft incurred from residential deliveries it is advisable that
you notify FedEx and UPS that a signature is required for all deliveries to your residence.
If you are not going to be home for a residential delivery from either UPS or FedEx it is your responsibility to insure
the safe acceptance of your delivery. Sillworks cannot be responsible for theft or loss from a residence.
Sillworks cannot be held responsible for loss due to incorrect shipping instructions.
Errors & Omissions
Sillworks.com makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the

Rights
Sillworks.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether
or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If
your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,
Sillworks.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the charge.
